PM510V16 3BSE008358R1 Due to the non-linearity of the main circuit of the inverter (switching action), the inverter itself is the source of harmonic interference, and its peripheral control loop is a small energy, weak signal loop, easy to suffer from interference generated by other devices, resulting in the inverter itself and peripheral equipment can not work normally. Therefore, when the inverter is installed and used, anti-interference measures must be taken to the control loop.

(1) The basic control circuit of the inverter

In general, there are two basic return paths for signal exchange with the outside world: analog and digital:

①4 ~ 20MA current signal loop (analog); 1 ~ 5V/0 ~ 5V voltage signal loop (analog).

② Switching signal loop, inverter on and off instructions, positive and negative instructions, etc. (digital).

For external control, the command signal is imported into the inverter through the basic circuit, and the interference source also generates interference potential in its circuit, and the control cable is used as the medium to invade the inverter.

(2) Basic types of interference and anti-interference measures

(1) Electrostatic coupling interference refers to the potential generated by the electrostatic capacitance coupling between the control cable and the surrounding electrical circuit in the cable. When the distance from the interference source cable is increased to more than 40 times the diameter of the conductor, the degree of interference will be less obvious, and a shielded conductor can be set between the two cables, and then the shielded conductor is grounded.

(2) Electrostatic induction interference refers to the potential induced in the cable by the magnetic flux change generated by the surrounding electrical circuit. Its strength depends on the size of the magnetic flux generated by the interference source cable, the closed-loop area formed by the control cable and the relative Angle between the interference source cable and the control cable. The control cable can be laid separately from the main loop cable or other power cables. The separation distance should usually be more than 30cm (at least not less than 10cm). When separation is difficult, the control cable is laid through the iron pipe, and the control conductor can also be twisted, the smaller the stranding spacing, the shorter the laid route, the better the anti-interference effect.

(3) Radio wave interference refers to the control cable as an antenna, and the potential is generated by external radio waves in the cable. The anti-interference measures are the same as ① and ②, if necessary, put the inverter into the iron box for radio wave shielding, and the iron box used for shielding must be grounded.

(4) Poor contact interference refers to the electrical contacts and relay contacts of the inverter control cable are in poor contact, and the resistance changes in the cable, which is solved by using parallel contacts or improving the grade of electrical components. The cable connection points should be tightened regularly.

Grounding interference refers to the body grounding or signal grounding, for weak voltage, current loop, any unreasonable grounding can induce a variety of unexpected interference, such as setting more than two ground points, the ground will produce potential difference, interference. The control cable with a given speed can be grounded at a point, the grounding cable is not used as a signal path, and the grounding of the cable is carried out on the frequency converter side, using a specially designed grounding terminal, which is not shared with other grounding terminals.

(3) Other precautions

① The control cabinet equipped with a frequency converter should be as far away from large-capacity transformers and motors as possible. Its control cable line should also avoid these devices with large leakage flux.

② The weak voltage and current control cable should not be close to the electrical parts that are prone to arcing.

③ 1.25mm2 or 2mm2 shielded stranded insulated cables are recommended for control cables.

④ Shield the shield of the cable should be connected to the cable conductor as long. When cables are connected in the terminal box, the shielding terminals must be connected to each other.
