Honeywell 51402573-150 REV B is a dedicated UCN communication board card for the Honeywell TDC3000 system's HPM. It adopts dual redundant BNC coaxial interface UCN A/B dual channels, with 75Ω coaxial cables for exclusive UCN real-time control bus protocol transmission. It is powered by 85–132V AC, 47–63Hz, and operates within a temperature range of -20℃ to +60℃. The industrial full-aluminum shielded housing is resistant to electromagnetic interference. The panel is equipped with Power, Transmit, Rx A, Rx B, and OK status indicator lights, which monitor the power supply, transmission, and module operation status in real time. The card is connected to the HPM rack base plate through gold fingers to complete the conversion of the internal bus of the controller and the UCN network protocol, and to transmit analog quantities, switch quantities, loop control, and alarm data. The vertical rack mounting structure and shock-proof snap design are available. Cards of the same series 51402573-100/200 can be directly interchanged and are suitable for the maintenance and replacement of existing DCS equipment in petrochemical and power plants.
