IOC16T is a 16-channel signal control card for the VM600 monitoring system of the Vibro-Meter product line from Meggitt, which adopts a card-based rack-mounted installation structure. Each card supports the connection of 16 synchronous sensor signals. It is compatible with eddy current displacement, acceleration vibration, and magnetic-electric speed probes. It has built-in independent channel signal conditioning, electrical isolation, and hardware filtering circuits, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference in industrial environments. The board is equipped with 4 sets of green terminal blocks, integrates a shielding grounding circuit, and has dual European-style connectors at the bottom for high-speed communication with the CMC16 monitoring card and the rack backplane. The two end locking mechanisms facilitate quick disassembly and assembly. It supports synchronous collection of multiple signals, completing the pre-processing and transmission of the original sensing signals, and is used for online monitoring of vibration and shaft displacement of large rotating equipment such as steam turbines and compressors. It has industrial-grade stable protection and can be stacked and expanded for measurement points. It is the core IO interface unit of the predictive protection system for the unit.
