The ZR402G is a Yokogawa split-type zirconia transmitter compatible with the ZR22G series probes, designed for monitoring oxygen content and water vapor in flue gas and high-temperature furnaces. The device features a color touchscreen and supports multilingual operation. Its measurement range is freely configurable from 0.01 to 100% vol O₂, and it allows switching between humidity and air-fuel ratio displays. It features two 4–20 mA analog outputs, HART digital communication, four relay alarm contacts, and is compatible with external temperature signal acquisition. Power supply: AC 100–240 V; operating temperature range: –20°C to 55°C; maximum cabling distance between the main unit and probe: 500 m. It features comprehensive built-in self-diagnostics capable of detecting faults such as heater failure, thermocouple breakage, and calibration anomalies, and supports manual and automatic calibration with calibration gas.
