The GE Multilin UR-6CH is a digital input/output module designed to enhance the communication capabilities of UR relays within power systems. It allows seamless interaction with auxiliary equipment by providing digital inputs and outputs.

This module comes equipped with 8 form - C digital outputs. These form - C outputs are single pole - double throw (SPDT) contacts. There is a common point linked to one normally closed contact (NC) and one normally open contact (NO), enabling switching between the two outputs, often referred to as a “changeover” contact. This configuration offers versatility in controlling and monitoring various electrical components.

In terms of physical attributes, it has dimensions of approximately 6” in length, 7” in width, and 1.5” in height, with a weight of around 2.55 lbs. It is designed for horizontal 19" mounting, facilitating easy installation in standard equipment racks. The UR - 6CH runs on an 8.21 firmware revision, which ensures stable operation and compatibility with the overall system.
