UvisorTM SF810i is designed as an “All-in-one” flame scanner, enclosing in a small explosion proof cylindrical shaped case, the functionality of both the flame sensing and signal processing in one compact unit.
Made with the state-of-art technology, the Uvisor SF810i features a true “fail-to-safe” flame signal processing and a wide range of communication capability.
The UvisorTM SF810i is offered for the following installation options:
ATEX II 2GD T6 IP66-IP67 (gas & dust) explosion proof enclosure
LOS (line of sight). Recommended for industrial boiler and wall-fired utility boilers
FOC (High Temperature Fiber Optic Cable). Recommended for corner fired and large utility boilers
The UvisorTM FAU810 flame scanner system from ABB maintains a separate scanner head,
the “SF810” and a separate signal processing unit, the “FAU810”, capable of
connecting to two individual scanner heads simultaneously, allowing cost effective
upgrading of installed or aging flame detection systems independent of the original
flame scanner supplier. With this new conventional flame scanner system, existing
cabinets and cabling can be reused, thus only replacing faulty or inefficient system
components, reducing hardware requirements for retrofits.
